I have decided to start a blog to accompany my new path to health and fitness. I have always been thin, but over the past few years have gained a lot of weight. I look at my closet and see beautiful things that I can no longer wear. Well, I am ready to shed this thickness and get to where I was. My goal is to lose 60 pounds. Is there anyone else out there like me? If you have any tips, let me know. I will weigh in every Saturday. So, till tomorrow......
